1.5GHz-30W and 4GHz-1/4W surface mounted, small  attenuators of 50 ohm characteristic impedance.
The TFA68D, 1.5GHz-30W, which attaches to heart sink directly, are Pb and BeO free.  The TFA68D has
power consumption durability in power isolators and circulators.  The TFA53S and TFA54D 4GHz are
1/4W and durable  against pulse and EMI accidents in small signal applications. With face down configuration
on a strip line, these models show excellent return loss characteristics.  These models also exhibit long life and
temperature stability at a temperature range from -55C to +155C.  Applications include:  Gain control circuits,
isolation circuits in power boost amplifiers, loss compensation of transmission line of data communication
systems, detection signal control of ATE, LSI test systems and circuit board functional test systems, industrial
measurement electronics, medical scientific electronics and miscellaneous communication systems.
